Return and Exchanges on Labels
Please choose carefully when selecting your labels as each item is custom made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind.
In the event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order, with your full name, order number, description of the damage and photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Opened, tampered with or lost items
In the event that the package you have received has been tampered with, please contact your nearest Australia Post as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for the loss of any item. To receive a tracking number for your item, we suggest you select Express Post when checking out.
